Army Prior Service Enlistment Bonus Charts

By Rod Powers, About.com

Prior Service Enlistment Bonuses are available to military personnel who have been separated from the military for more than 90 days, and who possess a critical military skill.

While re-enlistment bonus amounts are generally computed using "multipliers," based on the MOS and how many years one has been in the service, the Army has placed a "cap" on the maximum amounts authorized, based on how "critical" the MOS (job) is.
