This Instruction establishes policies and procedures for monitoring the provision of related services to handicapped children in the DoD Dependents Schools pursuant to Public Law 94-142, "Education for all Handicapped Children Act of 1975," as amended (20 United States Code, Section 1401 et seq.), and DoD Instruction 1342.12, December 17, 1981.
